We want billing to be simple and stress-free. This guide explains how invoices, due dates, and our grace period work in WHMCS, plus what to do if a payment fails.
Where to find your invoices
In your Client Area:

Go to Billing
-
Click My Invoices
From there you can view, pay, and download invoices.
When invoices are created
Your invoice is automatically generated 5 days before the due date.
That gives you time to review it, update payment details, and pay before anything is impacted.
Payment methods we accept
You can pay using:

Credit/Debit Card
-
PayPal
Due date + grace period (important)

Your invoice is due on the due date shown on the invoice.

After the due date, we provide a 5-day grace period before suspension.
What this means
If an invoice is unpaid after the due date, your service is not immediately suspended. You have 5 extra days to get it taken care of.
What happens if an invoice isnt paid
Typical flow:

Invoice is created 5 days before its due

Invoice reaches the due date
-
Grace period begins (5 days)

If still unpaid after the grace period, the service may be suspended until the invoice is paid
If youre ever stuck or something looks off, reach out ASAP well help.
Common billing issues (and quick fixes)
Payment failed / declined
Most often this is caused by:

Insufficient funds

Bank/PayPal security checks

Expired card
-
Incorrect billing address
Try:

Re-attempt payment
-
Update your card details (or switch to PayPal)

Contact your bank/PayPal if it keeps failing
I paid, but the invoice still shows unpaid
Try these steps:

Refresh and re-check the invoice after a couple minutes

Confirm you paid the correct invoice number
If it still doesnt update, send us:

The invoice number

The transaction ID (PayPal receipt or card reference)
I need to update my billing email or details
Update your details in the Client Area so you dont miss invoice notices.
